Audit Sub-Committee advances RFP for town attorney search

CT PROSPECT — The Prospect Town Council Audit Sub-Committee advanced a revised town attorney RFP toward legal review Friday. Committee members Chaka Felder, Scott Martin, Stan Pilat, Jessica Hughes, and Mike Palmerie met virtually to finalize revisions to Felder's draft proposal. Members reached consensus on changes to improve clarity, eliminate redundant language, and refine the document's scope and structure.
Felder will incorporate the revisions and circulate the updated draft, which Palmerie will forward to the town's legal counsel for review, with a special Town Council meeting planned afterward to formally approve the RFP.
