CT PROSPECT — Planning Commission unanimously approves outdoor patio for Quincy Coffee at 50 Waterbury Road. Chairman M. Dreher and members J.
Capuano, R. Russell, L. Fitzgerald, and alternate R.
Albert approved the site plan amendment for Colin Yesucevitz's 18-by-40-foot patio, seating 24 at picnic tables and two at bistro tables on the adjacent sidewalk, operating May through November with seasonal hours from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Sunday. Conditions include solar dark sky-compliant downward-directed lighting and no music; the project has been approved by Chesprocott Health District and Prospect Fire Marshal.
