CT PROSPECT — Prospect Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously elects new chairman and vice chair. The commission elected Michael Dreher as chairman and Al Havican as vice chairman during its February 4 meeting. The board approved the Land Use Inspector's report and scheduled two special permit public hearings for February 18: one at 7:05 p.m. for a clubhouse at 223 Cheshire Road and another at 7:10 p.m. for a commercial office/retail plaza development spanning 2 Knapp Drive and portions of Waterbury Road.
