CT PROSPECT — District school board approves specs for major WRHS roof and solar project. In a special meeting, the Regional School District No. 16 Board of Education unanimously approved educational specifications for Woodland Regional High School drafted by Silver, Petrucelli, & Associates, which had been endorsed by the district's ad-hoc building committee in October. The board also unanimously authorized Superintendent Michael P.
Yamin to apply to the Connecticut Commissioner of Administrative Services for a state grant to fund the roof and solar project.
