CT PROSPECT — Region 16 approves $380,000 in snow removal contracts for 2026-2029. The Board of Education unanimously backed bids from Hillview Property Maintenance for Prospect ($234,332) and Highland Construction for Beacon Falls ($146,769.10). The board also accepted retirement and resignation letters from Donna Zielinski and Lindsey LaPrade, approved $37,554.52 in budget transfers, and changed March 31 PSAT/SAT testing to single-session format.
CFO Tony DiLeone reported that Cigna has offered a more favorable health insurance renewal with no change to 2026-27 offerings.
