Zoning Board approves garage variance for 27 Holley Lane
misc · Meeting of May 19, 2026
CT PROSPECT — Prospect Zoning Board approves garage variance for residential property. The board unanimously granted Christopher O'Connell and Sarah Piorkowski permission to place a detached garage in the front yard at 27 Holley Lane, contrary to zoning ordinance Section 5.2.5.4 which requires detached structures be located beyond the rear line of the house. The board found sufficient hardship in the property's sharp rear drop-off and adjacent wetlands.
The 5-0 vote was the only substantive action at the 13-minute meeting.
