CT PROSPECT — Regional School District 16's Board of Education certifies Woodland High roof and solar project designs. The seven-member board representing Beacon Falls and Prospect unanimously approved final plans and cost estimates for the major capital improvements on March 25, clearing the way for competitive bidding. Superintendent Michael P.

Yamin presented a proposed 2.95 percent overall budget increase and outlined a $767,425 capital budget allocation for facilities work. The certifications advance one of the district's most significant capital projects, which includes both building system replacement and renewable-energy installation at Woodland Regional High School.
